ADDAPT® CODIS™ 95

ADDAPT® CODIS™ 95 by ADDAPT Chemicals acts as a neutralizing- & buffering agent as well as an effective co-dispersant for (mineral) pigments and fillers. It is a cost-efficient, low odor, low VOC, non-yellowing, proprietary blend of alkanol-amines in water. It offers pH stability by neutralizing carboxylic acid groups in water-borne coatings and printing inks. It exhibits good water- & wet scrub resistance, minimal cobalt leaching, high gloss and anti-corrosion properties. It promotes the acceptance of universal colorants in combination with ADD APT DISP 600. ADDAPT® CODIS™ 95 allows the incorporation of >17.5% water in solvent-based alkyd paints. It is used as a very effective scavenger of both formaldehyde & carbondioxide and an effective emulsifier for polyethylene & wax via emulsification techniques. It is EINECS, TSCA, ENCS, AICS, DSL, ECL and PICCS registered. It is compliant with FDA and detergent directive EG/648/2004.
