ADDITOL® XW 6585

ADDITOL® XW 6585 by allnex is an easy to incorporate, anti foam/air release modified silicone-based defoamer. It is VOC-free (EU 2004/42/EG), mineral-, emulsifier & APEO-free with no influence on rheology modifiers and resin stability. It exhibits high shear stability for mill base foam control.

• It is recommended for pigmented systems as well as clear and transparent coatings.
• It is designed for architectural & industrial coatings, printing inks and over print varnishes.
• It is suitable for styrene-acrylate & PU dispersions and water-borne alkyds, hybrids, 2K PUR and epoxy resins.
• It shows good compatibility in various binder as well as water-borne systems and is supplied as 25% emulsion in water.
• Recommended dosage level of ADDITOL® XW 6585 is 0.2-1%.
• It has a shelf life of 365 days.
