Borchi® Dragon

Borchi® Dragon by Borchers (Milliken) is a high-performance, cobalt-free, metal-ligand catalyst for solvent-based and high solids alkyd resins. It exhibits faster drying times particularly in long oil alkyds and faster drying in adverse ambient conditions down to 4.4°C. It provides a wrinkle-free appearance when utilized with thick film applications. It offers no yellowing and brighter whites when compared to cobalt driers. It also offers complexity reduction and excellent film hardness in high solids systems. It is designed for wood, industrial, protective & marine, architectural and automotive coatings. It allows for <350 g/l alkyd formulation with higher oil content. It is cost-efficient, reduces skinning, prevents corrosion and possess extended coating season windows. The recommended dosage level of Borchi® Dragon is 0.5-3%.
