The alkaline fillers (may by catalytic action) shorten the application time of solvent-free 2K-PU Desmophen® /Desmodur® systems, Regulator ZL can be added as cation exchanger in order to counteract this. The dosage level is 0.5% by weight relative to the polyol component.
