Emulsogen® CPA 100 XS

Emulsogen® CPA 100 XS by Clariant is a reactive anionic emulsifier designed for the fabrication of non-leaching binders. It is a reactive group containing oligoethoxylate with anionic end group. It displays high performance during polymerization, less reactor clogging and crystal-clear more water-resistant results. It also imparts greater resistance to dirt pick-up and leaching (snail trails). It exhibits better stability which leads to smaller particles, less coagulation and smoother binder production run. It has been tested both for pure acrylic and styrene acrylic binders. It stabilizes both the pre-emulsions and the final polymer dispersions. Emulsogen® CPA 100 XS is suitable for waterborne-, decorative- and industrial paints. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
