Emulsogen® TS 100

Emulsogen® TS 100 by Clariant is a compatibilizer for tinted water- and solvent-borne deco paints and process aid for waterborne coatings. This low-VOC & APEO-free product acts as a non-ionic, wetting agent. It helps to reduce the grinding time by faster deagglomeration of TiO₂and fillers. Emulsogen® TS 100 also prevents rub-out effects, increases tinting strength and provides excellent freeze-thaw stability. As a process aid & compatibilizer recommended dosage is 0.24% and 0.5-1.0% respectively. The recommended dosage for water-borne emulsion paints (high PVC) & acrylic lacquers (low PVC) and solvent-borne alkyd lacquers (low PVC) is 0.5-1.0%, 1.0-1.5% & 0.25-1.0% respectively.
