Emulsogen® TS 200

Emulsogen® TS 200 by Clariant is a low-VOC, solvent-free, APEO/NPEO-free, preservative-free, non-ionic dispersing agent for organic pigments. It acts as a wetting agent and compatibilizer for waterborne high PVC paints and solvent-borne low PVC lacquers. It prevents rub-out effects, increases tinting strength and provides excellent freeze-thaw stability. This additive improves wetting of the coated surface, offers excellent adhesion on metal surfaces & reduced water-absorption. It is compatible with acrylic binder, alkyd, PU and epoxy binder system. The recommended dosage for waterborne organic pigment is 5-30 wt% on pigments and carbon black is 20-40 wt% on pigments. The shelf life of Emulsogen® TS 200 is 2 years.
