Luna-add K C405-SD

Luna-add K C405-SD distributed by DKSH is a masterbatch of a catalyst for carboxyl/epoxy reaction in superdurable saturated carboxylated polyester resin. It has active content of 5%. Luna-add K C405-SD is used as catalyst for the formulation of exterior protective thermosetting powder coatings, cured with TGIC or with glycidyl esters. The dosage level of the grade for polyester/TGIC is 1-3% and polyester/glycidyl esters is 4-8%. The shelf life of the product is two years when stored in a dry and well-ventilated place at temperature below 30°C.
