Luna-flow K F505

Luna-flow K F505 distributed by DKSH is used as a FCA, flow control agent in powder coatings. It is a masterbatch of an acrylic polymer in carboxylated saturated polyester. Luna-flow K F505 has an active content of 10% thermoplastic acrylic polymer. The dosage level of the grade for hybrid, polyester/epoxy systems is 5-6.5%, exterior, polyester TGIC/PT910, β-HAA & polyurethane powder systems for pigmented is 6-7.5% and clear is 8-10%. The shelf life of the product is 2 years when stored in a dry and well-ventilated place at temperature below 30°C.
