Dynasylan® 1124

Dynasylan® 1124 by Evonik acts as an adhesion promoter and surface modifier. It is a secondary aminofunctional silane having two symmetric silicon atoms. It is also used as a primer for improving adhesion to the substrate in paints & coatings. It offers improvement in flexural strength, tensile strength, impact strength & modulus of elasticity. It provides moisture- & corrosion resistance, durability at high temperature & humidity, higher filler loading as well as rheological behavior like reduction in viscosity and newtonian behavior. Dynasylan® 1124 is designed for use in metal primers. It is compatible with polymers such as epoxy-, phenolic-, furan & melamine resins, PU, PA, PBT, PC, EVA, modified PP, PVB, PVAC, PVC, acrylates and silicones. It has a minimum shelf life of 12 months.
