RIANOX® MD-1024 by Rianlon is an excellent metal deactivator that additionally acts as a hindered phenolic antioxidant. It is suitable for coating applications.

It is compatible with a variety of polymers including polyolefins and elastomers.
It offers excellent extraction resistance.
It allows the inhibition of metal ions on the catalytic degradation of materials.
It can be used in conjunction with phenolic antioxidants and other co-additives.
The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.2%.
RIANOX® MD-1024 has a shelf life of 24 months.
