Hansa® Red 3B

Hansa® Red 3B by Heubach is a very blue shade opaque beta-naphthol pigment (Pigment Red 3B, CI 12120). It is easy to disperse, and exhibits good light- & weather fastness properties in full shade applications.

• It shows excellent acid-, alkali- and water resistance.
• It also provides overpainting fastness in nitrocellulose (NC) combination lacquer.
• Hansa® Red 3B is recommended for general industrial coatings, decorative paints, air-drying paints, air-drying alkyds, physically drying paints, acid cured paints, and amine cured epoxies.
• It is also used in paste inks, liquid inks (NC alcohol, water-based, polyvinyl butyral & polyamide), solvent- & water-based packaging gravure and flexographic printing inks.
