HEUCOPHOS® ACP

HEUCOPHOS® ACP by Heubach is a zinc-free anti-corrosive pigment based on organically modified calcium orthophosphate. It is designed for wash- & shop primers, protective coatings, direct to metal (DTM) coatings, powder coatings and UV cured systems.

It possesses improved pigment structure, particle size distribution and dispersibility.
It is used as an alternative to versatile pigments for long-term performance.
It is suitable for solvent-based coatings based on short- & medium oil alkyds, high solids alkyds & epoxies, epoxy esters, 2K epoxies & polyurethanes, and silicone resins.
HEUCOPHOS® ACP is also used in water-based coatings based on alkyd emulsions, 2K epoxies (with low or no VOCs), 1K polyurethanes, acrylic & modified acrylics, and butadiens.
